Yeah, of course we’re going to say we love this. But for reals, the Essentials Set is a game changer. The 70L alone is rad, but adding the Pocket and Bag to the mix creates a gear management system that you won’t be able to live without. We swear by it (but of course we’d say that).

So adaptable. The Puffy fits perfectly in a 70L, and is critical for beach hangs, apres ski, and everything in between. We love the Ocean Fade style (every purchase gives back to the Save the Waves Coalition)
VSSL Java Coffee Grinder
VSSL says it best, this grinder is “engineered for folks who give a damn about their coffee”. We agree. Our favourite moments are those way out there on adventures. Why ruin those epic times with crappy instant brew?
Gerber Bushcraft Hatchet
This is a small but mighty hatchet. We’re inseparable from it on camping trips, and it lashes to the outside rails of the 70L perfectly, using a RUX Utility Strap.
Bivy Stick Satellite Messenger
When things go off the rails, or you just need to fire a quick “I’ll be late for dinner” text, the Bivy Stick is a key piece of gear for us. Small enough that it tucks away in the RUX Pocket, and is there when you need it.

Turtlebox’s Gen 2 speaker POUNDS. Really adds to the après vibe (you’ll notice RUX loves après). Bomber construction and cool colours, this is our go-to outdoor party in a box.
