“Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
- Vicktor Emil Frankl
Life is a wild ride of actions and reactions, and we can choose to get taken for a ride, be it good or bad, or get behind the wheel and have our way with it. If we can recognize the above mentioned space, we can make use of it, even increase it, and free ourselves from whatever external or internal obstacles are pressuring our steering wheel to go straight when we wanna bank a turn. Like, say, you know, a “global pandemic”, or whatever else is in your mind space.
Speaking of obstacles, beyond making space as a mindset, making space in the physical sense goes a hell of a long way too. Instead of tripping over thoughts or pressures, without enough space in your life you’ll literally be tripping over things. That bin full of camping gear that’s too much a pain in the ass to unpack - so you never use it. That stack of specialized duffel bags drooping out of your gear room, vying for the only one or two spots you actually need for your next mission. They’re all obstacles between you and a damn-good day in the wild.
But it doesn’t have to be that way. Time and space are friends, it turns out. They’ve got each other’s back, in a self-perpetuating cycle of awesomeness. If you take the time to make (physical) space, you’ll make time, to make space in your life.
That’s where RUX comes in. Our mission is to create the most agile, sustainable systems for you to manage and move your gear, ultimately making time, space, and therefore freedom, for the good life.
Time to make space.

This is a really good comparison (mental /physical space.) Keep up the good words/work. xoxo
