Our Utility Straps slot seemlessly through the many lash points on our Waterproof Bags as well as the Utility Rails on our RUX 70L. Easily secure your gear and go.

Frequently Asked Questions

Using the Utility Straps, there are several ways to secure your RUX 70L to something, or vice versa. At the top: the straps fit precisely through the slots in the Utility Rails on a RUX 70L, so you can lash it to a rack, or attach say a hatchet or other piece of gear to the upper exterior or interior of your RUX 70L. At the bottom: there are lashpoints (slots) around the lower circumference of the bag, yielding numerous places to thread the Utility Straps.

RUX Waterproof Bags and Soft Coolers have similar lash points, again making it easy to slide a Utility Strap through and secure something in place. Secure a Waterproof Bag to a SUP, or a Cooler Cube to a bike handle. Anything goes.

Each strap is 51cm (20") long—plenty of length to wrap, lash, or secure bulky loads.

Hell yes. They're ideal for strapping down gear on roof racks, securing bikes or SUPs, and rigging overlanding setups.

They come as a pair.

Yup—these straps can handle sun, rain, snow, and mud without flinching. Functional to -40C, and at that point you should go inside.

    These straps couldn't be handier! Awesome for strapping accessories to the side of my RUX. I use them all the time to lash my RUX to my roof rack too! Perfect addition to my RUX system!
